OMECorp, LLC was established in Tulsa, Oklahoma in 1975 by Andy Smith and Jerry
Spicer, as an exclusive Neopost dealer for the eastern half of Oklahoma. Under this
partnership the company showed steady growth and soon began to dominate their local
market. In 1996, David Riesen was hired on as a sales representative and in 2000 Bill
Meade was also hired on for sales. The growth of OMECorp continued to expand
throughout 2007, when OMECorp gained the Hasler dealership rights for eastern
Oklahoma. By early 2009, David and Bill had become tremendous assets for the
company, so much that they acquired OMECorp and embarked on a new journey as
owners of the company.
A few months later in 2009, with a fresh outlook and motivation, David and Bill quickly
gained the Hasler dealership rights for the remaining Oklahoma territory as well as for
southwest Missouri, southeast Kansas and northwest Arkansas territories. Nearly 4000
customers strong, two Oklahoma office locations and 26 employees, OMECorp continues
to develop into one of the leading Neopost and Hasler dealers in the mailing industry. The
proof is in the numbers, five out of the last 10 years OMECorp has been the top
producing dealer for Neopost and/or Hasler. We think our high attention to our
