The Business Development Rep is responsible for the identifying and developing new business opportunities while managing them through the natural timeline until the prospect can be sold. 

  • Meet or exceed activity, identification, qualification and lead generation.
  • Maintain sustained sales activities. Responsible for identifying opportunity for new business in both customers and prospects.
  • Aggressively pursue competitive accounts and secure revenue through sales lead generation; differentiate OME/ Genesis from competitors.
  • Manage entire sales cycle across customer and prospect opportunities, engaging Named Account Managers as needed.

  • Maintain prospecting/ customer database (i.e. Salesforce.com) Utilize sales database system to maintain a record of all activities inside of each account. This involves many varied tasks not limited to daily updates on account activities using the notes and history section, maintaining up-to-date and accurate records on account actions and identifying and recording competitive information on accounts.
  • Ensure information is updated daily on accounts in pipeline. Reviews leads, pending orders and lease upgrades, developing action plans to progress each cycle.
  • Manage territory by creating opportunities within current accounts.
  • Keep abreast of changes in technology and understanding of basic user abilities.
  • Create unique and relevant (compelling) reasons for prospects and customers to consider doing business.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to the OME/ Genesis sales processes, values and business code of ethics.

Under the direct supervision of the Sales Manager, the Named Account Manager (NAM) is responsible for retaining and growing current customers in larger accounts as well as gaining new market share, through the development of new accounts in an assigned territory

  • Meet or exceed revenue and gross profit expectations.
  • Maintain sustained sales activities. Responsible for conducting and presenting demonstrations, proposals, and value propositions to customers and prospects. This involves applying a consultative approach to analyze the customer’s business communication requirements, and developing customized solutions to exceed customer requirements.
  • Aggressively pursue competitive accounts and secure revenue through sales of the assigned product line; differentiate OME/ Genesis from competitors.
  • Manage entire sales cycle across customer accounts, engaging specialists as needed
  • Propose and close sales that achieve total revenue growth, profit and customer satisfaction plans
  • Sustain sales activities; appointments, demos, proposals, cold calls, and database updates

Reviews include but are not limited to evaluating current state, customer satisfaction and completeness of strategy implementation along with next steps in the account.
  • Serve as first line of contact with customers.  Be responsible to create and maintain accurate paperwork on each sale. This means that all documents are included at the time of sale for proper order staging and implementation and involves timely responses to email and voice mail inquiries regarding stated paperwork.
  • Keep abreast of changes in technology and understanding of basic user abilities
  • Demonstrate a commitment to the OME/ Genesis sales processes, values and business code of ethics.

Under the direct supervision of the Branch Field Service Manager, the Field Service Technician is responsible for properly maintaining a fleet of office equipment along with maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through proper communications and maintenance of the equipment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Services and maintains a full territory of equipment commensurate with experience and training. Cross training for additional product lines as needed.
  • Resolves at least 95% of service calls without assistance upon completion of training and/or territory assignment.
  • Understands and properly performs all mechanical and electronic adjustments on equipment as outlined in the Technical Service Manual and Field engineering Bulletins.
  • Ability to read and interpret schematics and complete all electrical troubleshooting as outlined in the Technical Service Manual and Field Engineering Bulletins.
  • Resolves all normal customer relations situations and communicates unusual customer situations to a higher level.
  • Maintains parts inventory and achieves acceptable levels of inventory control and usages.
  • Completes all required administrative functions in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Cooperates with fellow workers and management to achieve department service goals.
  • Keeps Service Manager informed of machines performing below standards and report all actions taken towards resolution.
  • Performs other duties as prescribed by the Service Manager.
